We're sponsoring the Bridgerton Charity Ball. The Glen Innes Town Hall shall be transformed into a dazzling spectacle for the Bridgerton Charity Ball, an evening destined to be as breath-taking as it is generous to raise money for a locally owned foundation - Friendly Faces, Helping Hands. 

We're sponsoring the Sapphire Social Ball - a night of fun, entertainment, and community spirit at the Sapphire Social Ball, held at the beautiful Inverell Jockey Club! 

Moved to Inverell in the past 12 months? Join us for a slice of community at our FREE family-friendly pizza party! Join us for a social night out to meet and connect with our new-to-area essential service workers.  This event is hosted by Local Connect and The Welder's Dog Inverell as part of The Welcome Experience.

We will have a stall at this year's Christmas in the Highlands - Illuminations event on Saturday 29 November 2025 - we hope to see you there.

Over 30 people attended the event which was a fantastic night to connect, deepen friendships and socialise.  Our Deputy Mayor, Carol Sparks attended as well as the General Manager to help make connections and discuss job opportunities with essential workers partners - something that is critical to retaining skills.  

Over 45 new residents attended the event which included a lucky door prize, great entertainment and pizza's for the whole family to enjoy.  We were honoured to have the Mayor of Inverell Shire Council and other Councillors at the end who helped create a warm and friendly space for newbies to connect and build social fr
